Important Information Before Booking: Please Read

Move-In/Out Cleaning Guidelines:

1. Essential Utilities: For move-in/out cleanings, it's crucial that the home has both electricity and water available. These utilities are necessary for us to effectively clean the premises. We kindly request that you ensure these services are set up and functional before our scheduled appointment. In case we arrive and find that the home lacks either electricity or water, we will have to reschedule the cleaning and a fee of $25 will apply.

2. Empty Home Requirement: Prior to our arrival, please ensure that the home is completely empty. If any trash or belongings are left behind, additional charges may apply.

3. Communication about Left-Behind Items: If you have unintentionally left items behind in the home, please inform us before our scheduled cleaning. We understand that some items might hold personal value to you, and we want to avoid mistakenly disposing of them.

4. Purposefully Left Items: If you intentionally left items behind in the home, kindly inform us about their location prior to our visit. This way, we will know to leave those items undisturbed. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any items discarded during our cleaning process.

5. No Garage Cleaning: Our cleaning services are focused exclusively on the interior of the home. We do not provide cleaning services for garages.

Kitchen:

• Thorough cleaning of countertops, backsplash, and sink

• Cleaning and sanitizing of all appliances inside and out (oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer)

• Wiping down cabinet interiors and exteriors

• Cleaning and disinfecting any hanging light fixtures

• Wiping down and disinfecting all kitchen surfaces

Bathrooms:

• Cleaning and disinfecting sinks, countertops, and vanities

• Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, including base and lid

• Cleaning and sanitizing showers, bathtubs, and tiles

• Wiping down mirrors and glass surfaces

• Cleaning and polishing fixtures, faucets, and hardware

• Emptying and cleaning trash bins

Living Areas and Bedrooms:

• Dusting and wiping down surfaces

• Cleaning ceiling fans

• Mopping floors

We have certain exclusions in our move-in/out cleaning services. Specifically, we do not include wall cleaning or exterior cleaning in our offerings. This means we do not open any windows or clean outside windowsills. Our primary focus is on providing thorough interior cleaning for the property. 

We also DO NOT offer construction cleanings.
